pdf The document consists of a number of questions with categorised responses, phrased both positively ("The RLO was easy to use") and negatively ("I needed the help of a lecturer to understand the content"). The questionnaire also determines the learner's experience and degree of comfort with computers ("I have access to the web at home", "I feel anxious using computers") as this may prove to be an important factor.
