UCeL reports
The UCeL project is evolutionary and adaptive, able to quickly respond to the rapidly changing eLearning landscape. These occasional reports chart the progress of the project and offer an opportunity for reflection and review.

Six months of intensive activities: national and international workshops and
conferences; RLO development, cataloguing and evaluation plus the emergence
of a new generation of adaptive learning objects - UCeL continues to gather
momentum.
Two
years on - new initiatives and consolidation (6 May 2004) word

The introduction of new initiatives (such as the Residential Developer Training
Programme) are driving the project forward by responding to real needs. The
establishment of an Eduserv Fellowship and adoption of UCeL methods by the Stor
Curam Project are evidence of growing acceptance within the wider academic community.

on process: distributed production, media hub activities and training: developer
and content creator programmes.
